Keto Mistake #2 Not getting enough sleep
Sleeping is when our bodies repair. If you don’t get enough sleep your body won’t get all the repairing it needs not to mention the brain fog, mental and physical fatigue you will feel. Your resolve to stay on track with your weight loss journey will also be at risk.
Common Keto Mistake #3 Weighing yourself every day
Its a common keto mistake, don’t weigh yourself every day! Our body weight changes every day. One day you are down a few pounds the next you could be up and there are many reasons for that other than you are not doing good on your diet. Like water retention for instance. Weigh yourself once a week or even every two weeks. Don’t forget to keep a log of what you are eating and when and don’t forget to log your exercise!. This way you will know what works and what doesn’t!
Keto Mistake #4 Not drinking enough water
Our bodies are mostly made up of water so it makes sense to drink plenty of water, our bodies need it! Water is important to every function in our bodies including weight loss. Feeling hungry in between meals? Have a glass of water instead of a snack!

This one is a no brainer and the last or our common keto mistakes but we all fall for this one from time to time. This is why having a meal plan is so important and those plans can include snacks. If you know what and the amounts of your macros are; calories, fat, protein and carbs will make staying on your track and achieving your weight loss goals sooner than later!
